Fragile doll

Fragile doll

A strong armor on the outside,

but on August 20, 2011

the armor melted away.

My sweet fragile doll,

please handle with care.

I loved and adored her for,

many wonderful years.

I was there for the good times and the sad.

I am the wind beneath her wings.

Holding her head up high.

My fragile doll I embrace her tight

to help through the night.

My voyage here had to end,

as I leave my sweet fragile doll.

We will never depart,

because she is the love of my heart.

As the memory of me lives on,

she shall grow stronger.

Now as I fought the good fight,

farewell, my family and friends,

until we meet once again.

A Mansion so bright, streets of pure gold,

crystal sea, tree of life, eternity.

Romans 5:7

Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man,

though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die.

Thank You, SSgt. Billie G. Smith for the love to lay down your life for the greatest country on earth; Glad you made it home.

Love, Karen Brown 2011

P.S. Thank You, for the words that helped me make it through;

“Karen everything is going to be alright.”
